Cacao
Also known as cocoa. The main ingredient in raw chocolate. Full of anti oxidants and a good source of magnesium.
Chlorella
Single-celled tiny algae that grows in fresh water. Also found in dark green leafy vegetables. High in chlorophyll.
Coconut water
Found in the core of young green coconuts (not to be confused with coconut milk). Hydrating fluid that is high in potassium.
